Off Season Program

During the month of October-December TriEndurance offers a program for the off-season. We will include recovery strategies, strength training, run/bike/swim technique, with general aerobic conditioning and maintenance. Alternate sport training, such as cross-country skiing and others, may be available but will vary with each coach.

The program will be offered with a monthly workout schedule and bi-monthly check-ins with your coach. A perfect compliment to this program would be a few personal sessions to ensure great technique and even pick-up a new skill or two!

Rates:  You will Recieve 3 x 3 week cycles for the normal once month rate of your specified coach.
